CE doctoral student Seyed Ali Ghahari was awarded a competitive national scholarship by the Foundation of the Association of Energy Engineers (FAEE) to attend the World Energy Engineering Congress (WEEC) in Atlanta, GA, September 27-29, 2017.

The WEEC is intended to help students headed for a career in energy to network with leaders in the field. The Association of Energy Engineers, established in 1977, has over 18,000 members in 100 countries with 96 chapters around the world, and is widely recognized for its energy certification programs.

Ali Ghahari is a student of Professor Samuel Labi.
