Setting up Email lists for classes

Inside Blackboard, an instructor can use the Course Tools->Send Email left-hand menu option in their course to send email.  
 
Some instructors prefer to create a course mailing list for announcements https://www.itap.purdue.edu/learning/tools/course-email-list.html so they do not have to login to Blackboard to email the entire course.
