Lisa L. Losada Rojas, PhD student at the Lyles School of Civil Engineering, has been awarded a $3,000 scholarship from the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) Greater Chicago Area chapter for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Lisa L. Losada Rojas, PhD student at the Lyles School of Civil Engineering, has been awarded the Leadership Legacy Graduate Scholarship from the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) Greater Chicago Area chapter for the 2018-2019 academic year. As a result of being selected for this scholarship, Lisa is also being nominated for the international Leadership Legacy Graduate Scholarship funded by the WTS Foundation.

Lisa was born in Florencia, Caqueta, Colombia. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at the Nacional University of Colombia and her Master's Degree at Purdue University.
